Terms of Service

Effective: March 2026

01Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by UTHEDGEOfficial (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an intake form, making a payment, or otherwise engaging our services, you (“the client”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with the engagement.

02Service Description

UTHEDGEOfficial provides a Financial Readiness Review — an educational and informational analysis of a client’s credit profile, financial positioning, and readiness for a specific financial move. This service is not credit repair, financial advising, legal counsel, tax preparation, investment advising, loan brokering, or debt management. The review is conducted personally by the founder and delivered as a private, one-time engagement.

03No Guarantees

UTHEDGEOfficial makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties — express or implied — regarding any specific financial outcome. This includes, without limitation, credit score changes, loan approvals, interest rates, funding amounts, or credit limit increases. Financial outcomes depend on numerous factors outside the scope of this review, and no representation of future results is made or implied.

04Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to: (a) provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the intake process; (b) understand that this is an educational and informational service, not professional financial advice; (c) make all financial decisions independently and at their own discretion; (d) consult licensed professionals (attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors) for matters requiring professional licensure; and (e) not hold UTHEDGEOfficial liable for outcomes resulting from the client’s own financial decisions.

05Payment Terms

The Financial Readiness Review is a flat-fee engagement of $950 USD, payable in full via Stripe prior to the commencement of review work. Payment is non-refundable once the review process has begun, defined as the point at which the founder initiates analysis of the client’s submitted information. If a review has not yet been started, a refund may be issued at UTHEDGEOfficial’s sole discretion.

06Delivery

Deliverables will be completed and delivered within five (5) business days from the date the client submits a completed intake form and all requested information. Deliverables include: a written Financial Readiness Report (PDF), a recorded video walkthrough, a 90-day action tracker, and a pre-move readiness checklist. All materials are delivered via a private Google Drive folder accessible only to the client. Delivery timelines may extend if the client’s submitted information is incomplete or requires clarification.

07Privacy & Data

Client information is collected solely for the purpose of conducting the Financial Readiness Review. We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Client data is stored securely and deleted upon client request. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

08Intellectual Property

All deliverables — including reports, video walkthroughs, trackers, checklists, and supplementary materials — are the intellectual property of UTHEDGEOfficial and are licensed to the client for personal, non-commercial use only. Clients may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share deliverables with third parties without prior written consent from UTHEDGEOfficial.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UTHEDGEOfficial, its founder, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to: financial losses, denied credit applications, score fluctuations, missed opportunities, or any other outcome — regardless of whether UTHEDGEOfficial was advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

10Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in the State of Missouri, conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees.

11Modifications

UTHEDGEOfficial reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the contact information provided by the client. Continued use of our services following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the client’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
